No. 34 - Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982)
“People on ludes should not drive.” Nuff said.
No. 33 - Jerry McGuire (1996)
Another great movie by Cameron Crowe. What happened to Cuba Gooding, Jr. after this flick? Then again, what happened to Tom Cruise? And the kid with the glasses?
No. 32 - Christmas Vacation (1989)
My favorite Christmas movie of all time and the best, that’s right, the best movie in this series. Yes, even better than Vegas Vacation

I posted this trailer once before, but the movie and trailer are so good (Alien landed at No. 84 in my Top 100 Movies list), that it deserves a spot on Classic Trailer Tuesday. Just remember - in space no one can hear you scream. Especially if an alien is attached to your face.

No. 37 - Airplane! (1980)
I generally don’t enjoy this type of comedy, but Airplane! is one of a kind.
No. 36 - This Is Spinal Tap (1984)
When this flick was released, some thought it was a documentary of an actual band. There really is a thin line between clever and stupid.
No. 35 - Point Break (1991)
Love, love, love this flick. Can you imagine the pitch for this movie? “OK, an FBI agent who happens to be a former star college quarterback, gets assigned to the bank robbery division in L.A. and goes undercover as a surfer to nab a bunch of other surfers who rob banks while dressed as former presidents. Oh yeah, we want Patrick Swayze to play the lead bad guy.”

We’ve reached the top 40 movies in this list. Can you believe it? Only a year to go
No. 40 - Say Anything (1989)
A great movie from Cameron Crowe, one of my favorite filmmakers, and John Cusack, one of my favorite actors.
No. 39 - Spider-Man 2 (2004)
Spider-Man loses his powers, gets them back and continues to chase Kirsten Dunst for some reason. Seriously though, Spider-Man 2 is a great comic book movie, an improvement on the original, and the best in series.
No. 38 - Old School (2003)
Will Farrell, Luke Wilson, and Vince Vaughn return to college (sort of). Classic.

In honor of Robert Downey Jr.’s role in a recent limited release independent feature, Iron Man, here are three trailers featuring Mr. Tony Stark himself. And if you haven’t seen Iron Man yet, you should. I hear it’s pretty good
Natural Born Killers (1994)
Chaplin (1992)
Air America (1990)
