We’ve reached the top 40 movies in this list. Can you believe it? Only a year to go :-)

No. 40 - Say Anything (1989)

A great movie from Cameron Crowe, one of my favorite filmmakers, and John Cusack, one of my favorite actors.

No. 39 - Spider-Man 2 (2004)

Spider-Man loses his powers, gets them back and continues to chase Kirsten Dunst for some reason. Seriously though, Spider-Man 2 is a great comic book movie, an improvement on the original, and the best in series.

No. 38 - Old School (2003)

Will Farrell, Luke Wilson, and Vince Vaughn return to college (sort of). Classic.

Top 100 Movies: No. 79 - Rudy (1993)

RudyNotre Dame is close to completing its worst season ever. However, there was a time when Notre Dame was the premier football program in the country and boys dreamed of playing in the shadow of the Golden Dome.

Rudy tells the true story of one such boy. Actually, it tells the story of a young man, several years removed from high school, who decides to move from Chicago to South Bend to try to fulfill his lifelong dream - to play football at Notre Dame. His dream comes true and he learns some important lessons along the way.

Rudy is quite possibly the most inspirational movie of all time. Many a grown man (and woman) has shed tears at the end of this flick.

I wasn’t able to find a trailer, but I did find a cool montage of clips from the film.
