And . . . we’re back.
For those of you who may be new to the site, I have been revealing my Top 100 Movies since early 2006. I’m kidding of course, it just feels that long. I have taken a little time off, but we’re back with a bang - The 40-Year-Old Virgin, one of my favorite movies of the last five years or so.
This flick is typical Judd Apatow fare - a hilarious film with a heart. Plus, a great performance by Michael Scott himself, Steve Carell (man, I miss The Office). If you haven’t seen it, just be sure not to watch it with anyone who has a problem with rough language and discussions about sex. There’s a little bit of that in this flick.
On a personal note - it’s great to be back and thanks to those of you who checked in from time to time to see what was up. I need to get back in a groove, so look for posting frequency to increase over the next few weeks.

Nice pick, although I wasn’t really a huge fan of this movie, I know many liked it.
Also, glad to have you back, but it’s taking so long, what if new movies sneak into your Top 100 previous to this one???

That’s a good point. I almost revised it once late last year after seeing No Country for Old Men, but decided to stick with my original 100. I will have to revise from time to time, but won’t do a big rundown like I am now.
I have a feeling that there are at least three flicks coming out this summer which will prompt me to revise it
Good to have you back, altho I disagree with this one. Maybe because there was so much buzz about it and I didn’t see it right away, by the time I did, I felt let down.
